Maintenance

SCS can maintain any of the systems listed in this presentation offering three different levels of maintenance and a 48 hour callout facility, 365 days a year.

The three levels that SCS provide are:

1. Standard
2. Intermediate
3. Comprehensive

SCS can also take over existing systems for maintenance on either residential or commercial sites.

SCS will carry out a number of visits which is stated in your quotation every 12 months and will provide a 48 hour callout facility.

Standard:

1. All material costs are chargeable.
2. All labour costs, excluding the service visit are chargeable.

Intermediate:

1. Labour will be FOC where repairs have been completed due to inherent defect or wear & tear.
2. All material costs are chargeable.

Comprehensive:

1. Labour & materials (excluding batteries) will be free of charge where repairs have been completed due to inherent defect or wear & tear.
