Maintenance and Monitoring

SCS can maintain any of the systems listed in this presentation offering three different levels of maintenance and a 24 hour callout facility, 365 days a year.

The three levels that SCS provide are:

1. Standard
2. Intermediate
3. Comprehensive

At SCS we strive to give our customers complete peace of mind and can offer monitoring solutions for Intruder Alarms and CCTV through our Alarm Receiving Centre (EMCS).

SCS can also take over existing systems for maintenance or monitoring on either residential or commercial sites.

What you get for each level of service provided?

SCS will carry out a number of visits which is stated in your quotation every 12 months and will provide a 24 hour callout facility.

Standard:

1. All material costs are chargeable.
2. All labour costs, excluding the service visit are chargeable.

Intermediate:

1. Labour will be FOC where repairs have been completed due to inherent defect or wear & tear
2. All material costs are chargeable.

Comprehensive:

1. Labour & materials (excluding batteries) will be free of charge where repairs have been completed due to inherent defect or wear & tear.
